What if I have to cancel or reschedule my session after I paid for it?
You can cancel for a full refund, reschedule or book a different expert as long as you notify us prior to 24 hours of your original appointment time.
What if I am not satisfied with the call or video reply?
In case the expert misses the meeting or requires a rescheduling, we will offer a new meeting time, a different expert, or a full refund. We also require experts to not change their scheduled appointments within 24 hours of the meeting time.
What if my expert does not attend the meeting or reschedules?
We can provide you with another expert until you receive the help you need. If you are still not receiving the help you need, we will issue you a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Can I contact my expert on their personal line?
For the benefit and privacy of both the expert and the client, we require that all sessions are done through our systems. Direct contact is a violation of our terms of agreement.
Can I meet the expert in person?
Sessions must be conducted online through our system for the benefit and privacy of both the client and expert.
Is the communication private?
Your communications with your expert are private and confidential.
