Glenaeon Retirement Living

Glenaeon Retirement Village is a 30 year old retirement village built out a number of stages. Formerly it was comprised of 221 Independent Living Units (ILUs) and 51 Serviced Apartments (SAs). Currently with Stage 1 Renewal underway 24 ILUs have been demolished to make way for 55 new ILAs. The village is well located in Belrose area of the Norther Beaches Council at 207 Forest Way. This puts the village 30 minutes from the Sydney CBD and within 10 minutes from both the new Northern Beaches Hospital as well as several local shopping and service areas.
