Marine Port Production City

This Marine Port Production City rethinks the current goods manufacturing chain. Mexico’s minimum wage is predicted to be 40% lower than China by 2016. Instead of the current time consuming system which exports to China, an offshore city at Mexico where factories and corporations co-exist within a port is proposed. This results in cheaper labour costs, decrease in transportation time, and an increase in production speed.
