Wanda One Nine Elms

A mixed-use residential at the heart of Vauxhall by Dalian Wanda Group - China’s biggest property developer. The two towers of One Nine Elms rise to 58 Storey (City Tower) and 43 Storeys (River Tower) respectively. Will be the tallest residential tower in London when completed housing 491 residential units. Features includes a public observation deck at the top of the City Tower and a 187 room 5-star hotel at the River Tower.
